RENTING CONDITIONS
TAXES | 19 % will be added to the rates seen in the table above (TPS, TVQ and logding taxes) For the cleaning fees, we will charge the TPS (5%) and TVQ (9.975%) |
| DEPOSIT | A 20% deposit of the full amount will be required to confirm your reservation. Note that this deposit is non-refundable. |
TERMS AND CONDITION | By paying the deposit, you accept the renting conditions and accept to respect all rules stipulated in the house rules page. |
BALANCE | The balance is needed 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you were to cancel your reservation after this payment, this amount will not be refundable except if we are able to a new renter to replace your reservation. |
PAYMENT | All the payments will be processed with Stripe so we can accept Visa, Master Card or Interact. |
| SECURITY DEPOSIT | A $600 Security deposit is required 7 days prior to arrival. This will be retained in case of non-compliance with the regulations |
RESERVATIONS | Please note that we only rent full weeks during Christmas and New Year Eve. |
